I don't know if it's the same for everyone, but every time someone asks me to tell an interesting story, my mind just goes blank. Sometimes I do end up finding a story or an incident, but then it ends up being too context or timing heavy that it falls flat when I retell it. The only way I know how to make others laugh is usually when I make a joke out of myself, so here you go, me exposing my embarrassing moments.
I do want to apologise for the low quality video. My room is in the middle of rearranging so it doesn't have a table at the moment haha.
After notes:
The other objects in the video don't really have stories as interesting as the headband one, if anything most of them are just painful to think about.
Like the earpods missing one of them? That's because I accidentally dropped it and walked over, crushing it in the process. I remember feeling so guilty that I never asked my dad to give me anything again.
That bag that I travelled 2.5 hours for was a bag I bought with my aunt. I literally lost it on the first day of using it and I ended up not touching it for a while after finding it haha.
The broken tablet on the left, I dropped it in Istanbul, on a rainy day, one day after I got it from my dad. It didn't even survive 24 hours in my hands haha. It never turned on after that.
Not an object in the video but one time I walked 4-5 hours from Ikebukuro to Shibuya because I forgot my train pass at my workplace, since I ran out of cash money to buy train tickets.
My friend told me I should write a story/book inspired by these events. I personally find them boring but apparently she thinks they're funny? Oh well.
These notes should not be in here. It gives too much information away. It should be in the video. The story doesn't feel very focus and is a little hard to follow. 18/20
ReplyDeleteThese are after notes you read them after you watch the video :)
